I’m trying to “eat my own dogfood,” and put my personal site on the same CMS as the Bus Project website I’m supposed to be supporting. That means Drupal, which means a much bigger chunk of software than I’m used to.
As much as it embarrasses me to admit it, a basic Drual install does seem much faster and less braindead than most Ruby CMS packages I’ve played with. Now it just remains to be seen whether I can a) import my older content and b) resist my natural temptation to toss anything written in PHP aside long enough to learn it properly.
